About Benjamin
With 6 years of tutoring experience, I specialize in teaching computer programming to students from school to college level. I have guided nearly 200 students toward academic improvement and better understanding of programming concepts. My teaching philosophy is based on simplicity, consistency, and hands-on practice. My methodology focuses on clarity, consistency, and hands-on learning. I adjust my teaching style with flexibility based on each student’s level and academic needs. Every concept is broken into simple steps and reinforced through examples and practice problems.
For Java, I cover object-oriented programming, data structures, Java collections, exception handling, multithreading, database connectivity, and basic application development concepts. I also teach SQL and C alongside Java to improve logical thinking and coding efficiency. Students regularly practice coding, debug programs, and work on guided assignments.
I keep a positive and encouraging classroom environment where questions are always welcome. I apply diplomacy when students face challenges and ensure accountability by tracking progress and setting clear learning goals. My approach prepares students for exams, assignments, and real-world job requirements.
