About Priyanka
Hello! I’m Priyanka Bhakat, a passionate Bharat Natyam Dancer and Dance Teacher with over a decade of experience in performing and teaching. Dance has been an integral part of my life since childhood — it’s not just my art, it’s my way of expressing joy, devotion, and discipline. I have performed on numerous stages and won several medals in Dance competitions. Over the years, I’ve also developed expertise in choreography, creating graceful and expressive dance sequences for stage performances, cultural events, and students of all age groups. As a teacher, my goal is to help students understand the soul of Bharat Natyam dance — not just the steps. I focus on expressions, rhythm, and posture, ensuring each learner feels confident and connected to the art form. I’m known for my patient, friendly, and motivating teaching style, making it easy for beginners as well as experienced learners to progress at their own pace.
