About Martin
With several years of hands-on experience in Facilities Management, Health & Safety supervision, and Operational leadership across multiple industries in Malta, I bring real professional knowledge into every lesson. I understand not only the academic side of FM, H&S and HR, but also the challenges students face when trying to apply theory in real working environments.
I currently work within regulatory and compliance roles while continuing my advanced studies in Facilities Management and Human Resources. This keeps my knowledge updated with current legislation, best practices, and industry standards. My tutoring is structured, well-prepared, and focused on your learning goals — whether that is improving grades, passing exams, preparing for interviews, or starting a career in these fields.

My tutoring approach is based on simplifying complex concepts and connecting them to real workplace situations. I use practical examples, visual guidance, and step-by-step explanations to ensure students fully understand topics in Facilities Management, Health & Safety, and Human Resources.
Lessons are interactive and adapted to each student’s goals — whether preparing for exams, improving assignments, or developing professional skills. I also provide templates, real documentation from industry, case studies, and guidance on Maltese legislation when required.
A typical lesson lasts 45-60 minutes, with flexible scheduling based on the student’s availability and progress. Additional support can be provided for projects, assessments, or interview preparation.
I bring hands-on experience from facilities management, operational management and H&S roles in Malta across hospitality, retail, and construction environments, supported by ongoing studies in Facilities Management and Human Resources at advanced levels.
