I am a retail manager and I'm very passionate about Italian cuisine. I am from Naples, so most of my background is coming from traditional Southern Italy recipes. I've been giving lessons in Italian cuisine to friends and family for now sometimes.

Some classes are pure theory, to understand ingredients and correct pairing. Majority of the classes are practical: I cook with you!
You're virtually invited in my kitchen to prepare Italian traditional recipes, from basics to advanced. From the REAL bolognese, to lasagna, and get ready to be shocked to taste the difference!
And with every lesson you get the traditional recipe too!
If you request a lesson, I will send you the ingredient list in advance, so If you want, you can cook live with me (or if you prefer, you can just watch and take notes.) Full recipe will be sent to you at the end of the lesson.
