About James
I started tutoring in college, and I have tutored many people since then, helping them with homework and understanding difficult concepts. I have a Master's degree in Biostatistics from Johns Hopkins University and an undergraduate background in mathematics and computer science. Since graduating, I have been working as a software engineer.

I really like helping beginners and intermediate learners because they know a lot but just need to practice their knowledge. My teaching method is to start based on a topic of interest or on specific problems or projects. Then I try to work one step at a time to help connect concepts and cement learning.
