About Janna
Hi! I’m Janna. Originally from Colombia, I’ve been living in Canada for the past three years, and I’m passionate about sharing my language and culture with others. Growing up in a Spanish-speaking country gave me an appreciation for the richness of the language, and moving to an English/French-speaking country highlighted just how valuable that knowledge can be.
My goal as a tutor is to help others experience the joy of connecting through language. I’ve seen how understanding Spanish opens doors—not just for travel or work but for building friendships and embracing a new perspective. I love guiding my students on their language journey, from those first tricky words to the confidence of holding a conversation.
