I am a qualified primary teacher with 24 years of experience in independent and state schools. I have been a form teacher, subject teacher, Head of Department and Deputy Head and pride myself on developing a positive relationship with my pupils.

I always try to add in some creative play into my lessons, whether through quizzes, tasks, games. If I can get a child excited to learn then that is half the battle won. I am patient as not all children will pick something up quickly and will try to find ways to get the child interested in learning, maybe through using their own personal interests to help.
