About Oscar
My name is Oscar, I am 28 years old and I am a Civil Industrial Engineer with a degree (2017) from the Andrés Bello University. All my life I have studied the language and continue to do so to this day. I was living in the USA doing the ESL (English as Second Language) program at Durham Technical Community College, North Carolina state. My level of English is B2. I am currently seeking international IELTS certification.
