About Connor
My name is Connor and I am a level 6 qualified Fitness professional with 15 years experience in Fitness - Personal training, class teaching, fitness management and coaching. My journey started as a Physical Training instructor in the British Army Reserve, and has led me through education and practical experience as a learning support assistant alongside my primary fitness role. I value understanding each learner and their style and believe in a tailored approach.

I don't believe in death by PowerPoint, instead I aim to adapt around your learning style. My lessons can range from 1 - 2 hours, and I aim to make them dynamic and based on real-world experience whilst aligning to the specific study you are in. Suitable for anyone studying BTEC Sport/fitness, Level 2 gym instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, General fitness Coaching diplomas and accessory courses i.e. Movement screening. I also cater for military/service fitness preparation. My Qualifications include: - Foundation degree in Sports Coaching - Level 3 Personal Trainer - Level 3 in Education & Training - BTEC Sport & Exercise Science - All Arms Military Physical Training Instructor - NOCN in enabling skills towards progression - Nuffield Health Movement Screening - Nuffield Health HMOT - Studio Cycling
