About Ieda
I am a career and leadership coach with a strong foundation in business, financial literacy, and inclusive workforce development. With over a decade of professional experience across banking, operations, and senior leadership roles, I bring a practical, real-world perspective to every session—grounded in empathy, structure, and results.
Throughout my career, I have supported individuals in vulnerable situations through microfinance education for women, volunteer work in children’s shelters, and inclusive employment initiatives for people with disabilities, women in transition, and newcomer populations. These experiences shape how I teach: with respect, curiosity, and a deep belief in each person’s capacity to grow.
I work in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and I am known for creating a safe, professional, and encouraging learning environment where students feel seen, challenged, and supported.
