Classes are offered via Zoom for group of 5 - 10 at a time to ensure quality attention. Session range from 90 - 120 minutes and encourage social learning and interaction. I believe that each person has all they need to be successful and as a life coach and Neuro Linguistic Practitioner, I am able to help you to bring out the best you have to offer as well as overcoming obstacles that are holding you back currently. Face to face sessions available in Garden Route, Western Cape area.
