About Yarrg
I am Yarrg ( my pen name), Founder of THE WORKPLACE ABUSE EXPERTS ( Youtube and Tik Tok). Although I use a hybrid of sarcasm, cynicism, and comedy for my work ( boring folks in business suits don't cut it in an age of short vids, novelties, and instant gratifications), and had to find something to get peoples attention, I am VERY SERIOUS and committed to deterring the very serious DESTRUCTION that WORKPLACE ABUSE causes in people's LIVES. There is heavily Documented RESEARCH between the correlation of mob bullying and suicides (in the Scandinavian Countries, Norway did studies, and Heinz Leymann was from Sweden, pioneer work in Workplace Mobbing). I am a retired teacher of 18 years, and ABUSE runs RAMPANT in the field of EDUCATION ( and Nursing). My parents worked for a prison whose Warden drove 3 different people to SUICIDE with his bullying tactics, all 3 victims ( targets) having left his specific NAME in their suicide letters). This is UNACCEPTABLE to me. I have worked many fields from Construction to Food Service, In Home Health Care, Custodial Work, and Education. My degree was in Music ( Guitar and Choral Studies) with a Minor in Media and Communications ( Audio Production), I was a former Martial Artist, Golden Gloves Boxer, Skydiver and Aviation Enthusiast with a big heart for PEOPLE and a DISDAIN for the BAD GUYS. My favorite author is Alexander Dumas ( Three Musketeers, Man in the Iron Mask, Count of Monte Cristo), who grew up in a Southern Baptist Church, and was a former Boy Scout who firmly believes in the MOTTO " ALWAYS DO WHAT IS RIGHT". I intend to. That's why I started this organization. No one asked to be abused,wants to be abused , or deserves to be abused. Thats why I do this. To teach you where the REAL problem lies, some of the tactics that are used ( Narcissistic gaslighting, projection, stonewalling, blame shifting, false accusations, smear campaigning, sabotaging your work, setting you up to fail, ridicule, shame, gossip, etc) I want to GIVE YOU BACK YOUR DIGNITY AND SENSE OF SELF. Hello friends!! I am Yarrg, an early retired teacher of nearly 20 years. As the Founder of THE WORKPLACE ABUSE EXPERTS - I specialize in the Psycho-Social Dynamics of Workplace Abuse, Bully Bosses, Personality Disordered Managers, Workplace Mobs, Destructive Gossip and the Destruction it can wreck upon the lives of its TARGETS, including but not limited to extreme stress, PTSD, CPTSD, Trauma, illness broken families, and even DEATH through SUICIDES and Heart issues, strokes, heart attacks, etc. This is unacceptable to me, so I have dedicated my work to HELPING those who have been through this ( as I have, smear campaigns, false accusations, workplace sabotage, etc). I hold no formal CERTIFICATIONS, but through my own research, work, and experiences, I am a HIGHLY SPECIALIZED LIFE COACH IN WORKPLACE ABUSE DYNAMICS . I am in the process of writing 2 books, creating multiple podcasts, networking with others in the field, with my Youtube, Tik Tok, and GoFundMe. I have set up this site for those who seek COACHING, ADVICE, AND COUNSEL ( again I am not a Certified Counselor nor a Lawyer) , but through my personal studies, research and experiences with Workplace Bullying/Mobbing/Abuse, I may be able to HELP you RECOVER if interested in any of my COACHING. ( from the Trauma, Experience, Losing the Job, Smeared Reputation). Many people, including family, friends, future employers, legal counsel , and other certified psychologists and psychiatrists may not understand what you have been through, but I most CERTAINLY DO.
