Certified Life Coach with 4 years experience and currently training as Counsellor.
I have coached clients on both long term and short term bases, assisting them to reach relationship, career and lifestyle goals.
To support my work, I have been in Coaching myself for a number of years and often my clients choose to take on coaching roles within their own work and career pursuits.

I offer classes to anyone who is passionate about supporting others in an empathic and non judgmental way.
My lessons are based on the CPCAB model and offer a range of skills and knowledge which make up the key components of Life Coaching and Counselling Skills. I work with both theory and practical exercises to give students a chance to put learning materials into practice.
