I am the Founder of Sakshi's, a coaching platform and have 2+ years of experience working with children and adults globally from countries like USA, UK, France, Poland, Singapore, Dubai, parts of Africa and India.
I empower people to achieve the potential of the body and mind.
My qualifications are:
· Master of Science (M.Sc.) Counselling Psychology
· Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner Level
· Post-Graduate Diploma in Psycho-Social Well-Being Using Multi-Arts and Play
· Training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
My areas of specialization are stress, anxiety, self-esteem, work-life balance and productivity through my expertise in mind-body coaching using circadian rhythm.
I work with all age groups using an integrated approach the focus areas being:
· Mind-body work
· Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
· Mindfulness Based Practices
