About Jane

I am Miss Nong , a Kinesiology and Coaching Science Student who’s is not only about the Health and Coaching science but very passionate in teaching. I’ve learnt that if you think you haveknowledge and wisdom that has been leading to you to the right paths , it is then important to spread it with some people so that they can also get light .

About the lesson

I will be making sure that I assist the students to clarify their goals , identifying the obstacles that they are holding them back and come up with strategies for overcoming each obstacle. I’ll be allowing the students to address their negative feelings and helps them toprioritise their daily tasks.
