About Patrick
Hi! My name is Patrick, I moved to Brisbane in 2021 to commence studies at QUT. I am from Canberra where I worked as an educator in primary schools, a guitar teacher, played in various bands, and performed in local theatre shows!

I am a firm believer in practical skills when it comes to learning an instrument. When I was learning guitar, the way I got better was by building skills through playing rather than sitting down and learning theory, etc. I am also able to teach basic sight reading for guitar sheet music and how to read chords/tab.

Perfect! Patrick has a very practical approach to teaching. Easy going and patient teacher. I thought it would be harder to learn but Patrick made it simpler. And his rate is very reasonable.
