About Tamer
As a certified teacher with Rank 1 and extensive experience, I am committed to providing a high-quality education to students across all levels. Throughout my years of teaching, I have cultivated a deep passion for breaking down complex concepts and fostering a supportive environment that helps students build both their understanding and confidence. My journey in education has allowed me to work with a diverse range of students, from middle and high school learners to college students, all of whom bring their unique perspectives and challenges. This broad experience has given me valuable insights into how different students learn and the importance of tailoring my teaching methods to meet their individual needs. One of the core aspects of my teaching philosophy is breaking down difficult topics into digestible pieces. I recognize that students often struggle with abstract concepts, especially in subjects like physics and mathematics, where a strong foundation is essential for continued success. By using clear explanations, practical examples, and interactive approaches, I aim to demystify these topics and make them more accessible. I believe that when students are able to grasp the fundamental principles, they can approach more advanced concepts with confidence and enthusiasm. Building student confidence is another key focus in my teaching approach. Many students come into a classroom with preconceived notions about their abilities, especially in subjects they find challenging. It’s my job to change that narrative. By creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment, I encourage students to ask questions, make mistakes, and learn from them. This approach helps students develop a growth mindset, where they view challenges as opportunities to improve rather than obstacles to overcome. Currently, I serve as an adjunct faculty member at the college level, where I continue to teach physics and mathematics to a diverse group of students. Teaching at the college level allows me to engage with students who are preparing for their professional careers or further academic pursuits. In this environment, I focus on not only helping students succeed in their coursework but also fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills that will benefit them in any field. I strive to create an atmosphere that encourages inquiry and intellectual curiosity, equipping my students with the tools they need to navigate both academic challenges and real-world applications of the concepts they are learning.
