About Niki
I am a medical student with a passion for the arts! Throughout my undergraduate years, I paired my science classes with creative writing and English courses to continue to pursue my passion. I have also tutored people of all ages for around 6 years in essay writing and English writing.

My tutoring is flexible based on the needs of the individual student. I provide detailed explanations to help students understand the correct answer but also the why behind the explanation. I always assign homework so that students will have some extra practice to apply the skills they've learned. I work with people of all ages and am warm, welcoming, and patient! A normal lesson plan looks like the following: ~15 minutes: review homework assignments, answer any questions ~20 minutes: introduce a new topic ~25 minutes: practice new topics with questions
