Im a fitness trainer and my environment has always been surrounded by people who is specialized in health and nutrition, which is something that I like to transmit. If you have tried diets, skipping meals, restricting food and it has not worked to control your weight, here I am and I will be in charge on your process to control your weight by eating things that are tasty. You´ll get a different guided training routine per session

I will teach you how to prepare easy recipes that will leave you satisfied and help you reach the healthy weight you want. First, I will carry out an assessment of your body composition in a virtual way and you will give me a list of the things you eat in your day to day, based on this we'll create a market list with foods that you like and that are healthy at the same time . I will give you a daily exercise routine to help you speed up the process (we start with easy level) and we will do a control every 15 days of measurements like the one we will do the first day.
