About Constance
My credentials are somewhat unusual. My degree is in business, however, I had five children and chose to stay at home and home school them before it was a trendy thing to do. My children are grown. They all have college degrees and two have Masters. I love Composition and I love showing someone how to communicate in an interesting way using the written word.

I do not believe in using a "formula" to teach writing. Formulas are for Chemistry class. I do believe there is a recipe for cooking up a great composition. You supply the basic ingredients and I can teach you how much to add, in what order to add them, and how to decorate your finished product. We will learn how to first develop topic sentences for any kind of writing. Then we will turn those topic sentences into an outline. From there, we will fill in that outline with details and voila! Your composition or paper practically writes itself. I can adapt this class for any level from 5th grade up.
