About Eileen
I am an international undergraduate student at LSE studying International Relations, which includes modules on political theory, history and policy analysis. I have taught private lessons before to 8-16 year olds on current affairs, politics, English, debating and public speaking.

I prepare and center my classes on one or two specific readings, usually excerpts from revolutionary texts or articles. To critically engage the theory in those readings, I approach the class interactively by opening up a dialogue about two specific things: one, examining and critiquing the theory, for example its origins and logic; and then connecting said theory to historical events and current affairs. Students thereby acquire the skills to analyse, apply, and understand political theory in the context of the real world.
