About Lyana Al Muna Hashan
I am a 20-year-old tutor who values creating a friendly and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and openly sharing their difficulties. I believe that a positive atmosphere is key to building confidence and encouraging growth. I am a dedicated and professional English tutor committed to helping students achieve their learning goals. I have a strong academic background in English, including an A* in O Level English Language and an overall band score of 8 in IELTS (2025), which reflects my proficiency and understanding of the language. Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Science at Taylor’s University. This has helped me develop strong communication, discipline, and problem-solving skills, which I apply in my teaching. I take pride in offering well-structured, engaging and personalized lessons tailored to each student’s needs. My focus is not only on improving grammar and vocabulary but also on building confidence in speaking and writing. I studied in an English-medium school, achieved an A* in my O Level English Language exam and scored an overall band of 8 in the IELTS exam (2025). I have a strong command of English and a passion for helping students succeed. My lessons are suitable for school students, beginners and intermediate learners who want to improve their English for academic purposes, exams or everyday communication. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Science at Taylor’s University.
