A Malaysian Chinese living in London for over six years, fluent in Mandarin and passionate about sharing cultures from Korea, Japan, Malaysia, and China.

Evelyn is a patient, friendly, and well-prepared teacher. Her lessons are clear and easy to follow, she explains things in a way that makes sense, and she adjusts to each student’s level. I always leave feeling more confident in my Mandarin. I’d happily recommend her to anyone, whether you’re just starting out or want to improve!

Evelyn is a really friendly and patient person. She is an excellent tutor that goes above and beyond, taught me based on what my goal was (travel purposes), worked out a framework and even shared things about the culture.
I’ve been travelling and feel really confident now I know more, not just the language but also the sense of how the community works. Would highly recommend her!
