Hi, I'm Thrupthi! I'm a marathon runner, Himalayan trekker, and fitness enthusiast who truly believes that movement transforms lives.
With nearly two decades of professional experience working across global teams, I bring the same discipline, structure, and commitment to my fitness coaching that I've applied throughout my career.
I practice mindfulness alongside my fitness routine, which means I coach the whole person — not just the workout. Whether you're picking up fitness for the first time or pushing past a plateau, I'll meet you exactly where you are and help you get to where you want to be!
