About Danielle
I just graduated with First Class Honors from Dalhousie University where I conducted research on blue whale acoustics. There, I learned not only about marine science and general biology, but I also gained valuable experience teaching in a plant biology lab for two semesters, and marking for a marine mammalogy class. Apart from university, I have worked in science outreach since I was 16 years old, working at an educational nature camp at the Royal Botanical Gardens. Working there for 3 years as a camp staff then working as the Camp Director, I have a really good handle on how to explain complicated scientific topics to youth.
