About Lucas
I am a professional mma athlete for 6 years and a practitioner for over 11 years. Throughout all these years I acquired international and national experience, living in the Netherlands / Amsterdam working in the martial arts and functional area for two years and three months. Visiting several countries and acting in mma events as a corner and fighter in several opportunities such as Japan, England, Ukraine, Moldova, Poland, Switzerland, Bulgaria and etc. Before that, he had 6 years of experience in São Paulo as a boxing teacher at the Digable gym and an alternate teacher at the Team Nogueira south-São Paulo academies and Corinthians mma academy.

My teaching method is based on what I believe, martial arts can be adapted to any person / lifestyle & goals! I want to bring the experience of learning the combat techniques and having a lifestyle based on a professional athlete adapted for normal people, generating self knowledge, confidence and weight loss, seeking to be the best version of ourselves.
