About Alexander (PhD)
I'm not just a tutor – I'm a data science practitioner and enthusiast! I hold a PhD in Statistics and Data Science from UC Berkeley and have dedicated my career to leveraging the power of data to solve real-world challenges.

8+ years in the payments and financial services industry: I've worked on the front lines, developing and deploying machine learning models to detect and prevent fraud.
Expertise in a wide range of techniques: From econometrics and classical statistics to cutting-edge machine learning (including supervised, unsupervised, and semi-supervised learning) and generative AI, I have a deep understanding of the data science landscape.
