About Chika
I love learning and I love teaching, and students are my passion. My goal is to make learning fun and relevant. I earned my bachelors degree in biology from Prairie View A&M University, and my masters degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Houston.
I've taught high school in Houston, Texas for the last five years. I left to pursue a PhD in Anatomy & Physiology and Cell Biology for the 2024-25 school year.
I have experience teaching students online during COVID and working remotely for a private tutoring company.
