Analysis: A rapid-fire review of the previous session’s "weak points" to ensure cumulative learning.
Goal Setting: Defining a specific success metric for the hour (e.g., "Solving 5 complex equations with zero procedural errors").
2. Conceptual Logic & "The Why" (15 Mins)
The Clinical Approach: Breaking down a complex formula or scientific process into its core components—similar to a differential diagnosis.
Mental Models: Using real-world business or medical analogies to make abstract concepts (like statistics or cell biology) concrete and memorable.
3. Controlled Execution (15 Mins)
Active Problem Solving: The student leads the workflow using a "Standard Operating Procedure" (SOP) we build together.
Real-Time QA: Immediate "quality assurance" checks to catch and correct logic errors before they become habits.
4. The Stress Test (15 Mins)
Variable Variation: Changing a single variable in a mastered problem to test the student’s adaptability and depth of understanding.
