About Jay
Hi! My name is Jay. I am a law graduate with a masters degree in Law and Diplomacy. I am currently working as a legal assistant on the path to qualifying as a solicitor.
Having studied and thrived in the Uk as an immigrant , I understand the challenges to adapting to a new culture, the overwhelming feeling of being out of place due to an inability to understand local slang. Which is why I teach that which is not taught in classrooms.
I have a lot of interests ( some unusual) and passions. In my free time, I volunteer for a Gang Intervention Organisation for at risk youth, learn BSL, participate in a language exchange deal with a friend; learning French and teaching English and play violin (badly).
