About Manaswini
I have done Masters and Mphil in Sanskrit and have been teaching students since past 10 years. Well versed with the Language .I welcome students of any age.
Firstly, I go by the basic pronunciations, words based on it, then the meaning.
My class has 2 main objectives depending on your need:
a. Understanding the language (for all age groups)
I structure the class based on your need. I use E-books and Power Point Presentations for online classes. Materials will also be provided on need basis.
b. Students who learn the language for academic purposes to score in exams.

1. Day 1: Introduction to Sanskrit and the Devanagari script; vowels (अ, आ, इ, ई, etc.)
2. Day 2: Practice writing and pronouncing vowels.
3. Day 3: Consonants part 1 (क, ख, ग, घ, etc.) – Basic sounds and shapes.
4. Day 4: Consonants part 2 (च, छ, ज, झ, etc.) – Practice pronunciation.
5. Day 5: Consonants part 3 (ट, ठ, ड, ढ, etc.) – Write and pronounce.
6. Day 6: Review all vowels and consonants, practice writing simple words.
7. Day 7: Simple vocabulary: common nouns (tree, sun, water, etc.) and review.
Week 2: Basic Grammar and Sentence Structure
Goal: Understand simple sentence structures and start building sentences.
8. Day 8: Introduction to nouns (masculine, feminine, and neuter).
9. Day 9: Common nouns and articles in Sanskrit (the, a/an).
10. Day 10: Introduction to pronouns (I, you, he, she, etc.)
11. Day 11: Verb basics – Introduction to root verbs (e.g., to go, to eat).
12. Day 12: Forming simple present tense sentences.
13. Day 13: Introduction to basic cases (nominative and accusative).
14. Day 14: Practice sentence creation using nouns and pronouns in sentences.

Week 3: Building Vocabulary and Simple Conversations
Goal: Expand vocabulary and engage in short conversations.
15. Day 15: Family and relationship vocabulary (father, mother, sister, etc.)
16. Day 16: Adjectives for description (big, small, good, bad, etc.)
17. Day 17: Numbers (1-10) and days of the week.
18. Day 18: Basic sentence patterns for asking questions (Who, What, Where).
19. Day 19: Present tense practice with verbs like "to be" and "to have."
20. Day 20: Vocabulary for everyday objects and common places.
21. Day 21: Practice short dialogues with greetings, introductions.
