About Carolyn
I completed my undergraduate degree in Comparative Literature and received my M.A. from USC in Los Angeles. I taught for Kaplan for many years, have been recruited by Manhattan Test Prep for being in the top 1% of all test takers of the GRE, ACT and others, and have helped hundreds of students achieve their best scores on the GMAT, GRE, ACT, SAT, PSAT, TOEFL, ISEE, SSAT, among others. I have a wealth of experience catering to a range of students with a variety of learning styles.

I believe learning is at its best when the process is an engaging one. There's no shortage of ways any one idea or concept can be elucidated, only the possible failure on the part of the teacher or tutor to think creatively.
