About Nelson
Hello! My name is Nelson. I am a student currently at Queen Mary's Grammar School. I study Maths, Further Maths and Physics for A-Level. I have a real passion for subjects such as Maths and Physics. I am convinced that anyone can do well in Maths and there is no such thing as "naturally ability". The result will reflect the amount of work done which is why I believe in hard work.

Lessons will be normally about an hour to an hour fifteen. The lesson will begin with a 5 minute starter activity. Afterwards, between 30-40 minutes would be used for teaching. Later on, for the next half an hour we will move to a various number of questions in order to apply the knowledge taught during the session. In this time, your child will be able to ask questions about the content covered. Most times the questions will be from a past GCSE paper and they would be covered in great detail. For me, especially in Maths and Physics, I found that consistent hard work and revision of the subject content was really vital in helping me achieve A** at GCSE as it was all about remembering what I was taught and applying to questions. My lessons will be mainly focused towards GCSE students (Years 10&11).
