About Samarth
I have nurtured a lifelong passion for mathematics, fascinated by its logical structure and problem-solving power. I earned an M.Sc in Pure Mathematics, equipping me with advanced knowledge of algebra, calculus, probability, and abstract reasoning. Over the past 9 years, I have taught students at various levels, from beginners struggling with basic concepts to advanced learners tackling higher mathematics. My goal has always been to make mathematics both accessible and intellectually stimulating.
I believe that every student can excel in mathematics when given patient guidance, clear explanations, and opportunities to explore concepts actively. My teaching emphasizes understanding over memorization, encouraging learners to articulate their thought process, ask questions, and experiment with different solution strategies. Lessons are tailored to each student’s pace and learning style, ensuring they build confidence alongside skill.
Outside the classroom, I remain engaged with mathematics through problem-solving, research reading, and exploring applications in science and technology. This allows me to bring real-world context to lessons, helping students connect abstract concepts to practical situations. Teaching mathematics is deeply fulfilling because I witness learners gain clarity, confidence, and independence. Supporting students as they develop analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities is the most rewarding aspect of my work.

In my lessons, I focus on building a strong foundation in number sense, algebra, geometry, calculus, and applied problem-solving. I guide learners step by step, showing how equations, functions, graphs, and proofs are interconnected. Through clear explanations, guided examples, and structured exercises, I help students see patterns, recognize relationships, and develop strategies for approaching unfamiliar problems. Each lesson emphasizes active participation, encouraging students to articulate their reasoning, experiment with multiple methods, and reflect on their problem-solving approach. By connecting abstract concepts to real-world applications, learners gain a deeper appreciation for mathematics as a powerful tool rather than an intimidating subject.
Lesson structure is tailored to the student’s academic stage and learning style. Beginners focus on foundational skills, arithmetic operations, and basic algebra with continuous support and guidance. Intermediate learners strengthen understanding of functions, linear algebra, geometry, and multi-step problem-solving.
