About Denis
I am a Graduate in mathematics from the University of Leeds and I have been tutoring maths in the Bury and Manchester area for a year. I have had 7 students, ranging from KS3 to GCSE and A-Level, I have also helped mature students pass qualifications for apprenticeships.

I try to tailor my lessons around you. The first lesson tends to be a quick overview of the syllabus that you wish to pursue, and seeing where your strengths and weaknesses lie. After this the lessons focus on where you feel less confident, working from a variety of textbooks and past paper style questions to build confidence in each topic. I tend to avoid repetitive questions as I feel it is a waste of both our time. I prefer to cover the skills and ideas for the topic in the lesson, which gives you the ability to practice in your own time.
