About Francisco
I am a Mechanical Engineering student, I managed to receive multiple offers from many good Universities across the UK based on my grades. But my journey wasn't the most conventional, during secondary school I was never great at maths or physics, this made me less motivated and resulted in me achieving poorly in class. But when I discovered my love of Engineering I decided to commit more than ever to improving my maths and physics and found an online tutor, as a result I excelled in my exams and reached the point I have. This means I know how daunting mathematics and physics can seem to a student, and I know how to get over that mental hill.
I have tutored many friends and family informally in different subjects from English/ Spanish to Maths and Physics. When I started University I saw the opportunity to help students who were in a similar situation as I was, therefore tutoring seemed like a natural step.

I would be aiming to teach GCSE and A-level students who are interested in improving their skills and are preparing for exams. I always found mathematics and physics to be a subject that you enjoy a lot more once you have a strong foundation to look back on. With these tutoring lessons I will provide the student with this foundation necessary to develop themselves into any mathematics related field.
Of course each student is unique, and will have different strengths and weakness. I believe the best way to build an overall competence is to focus on the weaknesses first and improve them. Therefore we would start on what you are least confident on, isolate the confusion and work together to remedy it. So we spend our time most effectively. In order to detect your weaknesses, we will undergo a quick questionnaire, then have a chat to see if they agree with what I believe they should focus on and then begin to improve immediately.

Francisco is a the best physics tutor i ever had, because he is efficient in his work ethics and he is very objective in every sense. Plus he has charms.
We met through our school and Francisco helped me to improve my maths skills in the International baccalaureate standard level course. His best skill is that he teaches in a very understandable and friendly way and is very patient with his students. He also knows how to focus on exam-style questions and got me very comfortable with those types of questions.
