About Tanvi
I’m a Maths tutor with over 3 years of experience and a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science. I specialise in helping students improve their mathematical communication and exposition skills. Whether it's explaining a tricky theorem or guiding through a challenging proof, I focus on making complex concepts easy to understand. My approach emphasises clear explanations, structured reasoning, and logical presentation. I work closely with students to develop the ability to write coherent mathematical arguments. From university essays to research papers and presentations, I support learners in organising their ideas and expressing them with clarity. I guide students in crafting precise definitions, using proper notation, and constructing sound conclusions. I also integrate techniques like number sense training, Vedic maths tricks, and pattern recognition to boost mental agility. For Engineer-in-Training students and data enthusiasts, I incorporate real-world applications and data-based examples to make learning more engaging. Consistent feedback and practice are key parts of my method. I help learners track progress and fine-tune their strategies. Mistakes are treated as learning opportunities, not failures.
