With a strong GPA (94.29/100) from Montgomery High School and extensive experience in leadership and community service, I understand the dedication required for academic success. Professionalism & Experience: As a former marketing intern at Integ Enterprise Consulting, I honed my skills in writing, editing, and research. My role involved producing high-quality content and optimizing outreach strategies, reflecting my ability to deliver precise and impactful work. What You Can Expect: As a tutor, I bring a unique blend of academic excellence, professional insight, and personal dedication to every lesson. Teaching Method and Techniques: - My teaching approach is highly interactive, emphasizing collaboration and active problem-solving. - I guide students through challenges by working alongside them, fostering critical thinking and independence. - Lessons often include discussions, brainstorming sessions, and real-time feedback. - I encourage questions and create a comfortable space for students to explore ideas freely. Typical Lesson Plan: Introduction (5-10 minutes): Brief review of the previous lesson and outline of today’s goals. Core Activity (30-40 minutes): Depending on the subject: Reading Comprehension: Analyze texts together, discussing themes, tone, and context. Essay Writing/Proofreading: Work through writing structure, strengthen arguments, refine grammar, and ensure clarity. Collaborative editing ensures students understand how to improve their work. Practice and Application (10-15 minutes): Students apply what they've learned through exercises or drafting. I provide guidance as they practice independently. Wrap-Up (5 minutes): Recap key takeaways, answer any remaining questions, and set goals for the next session. What Sets Me Apart: - I have always had a deep passion for English and history. - My enthusiasm for storytelling, analysis, and effective communication makes lessons engaging and inspiring. - I emphasize real-world applications of skills and strive to boost my students’ confidence in their abilities. Who the Lessons Are For: - I specialize in tutoring K-12 students at varying levels of proficiency. - Whether the focus is improving reading skills, tackling essay writing, or delving into historical analysis, I adapt my lessons to meet each student’s needs and academic goals.
