About Nirosh
I’m looking to teach because I genuinely enjoy helping students understand Economics in a way that finally makes sense to them. After more than 20 years in the financial industry and over a decade of tutoring experience, I’ve seen how powerful it is when a student has that “lightbulb moment” — when a concept clicks, confidence grows, and their results start to follow.
Teaching allows me to give back by sharing knowledge I’ve built through both academic study and real-world experience. Economics isn’t just a subject to me — it’s something I’ve lived through daily in my career, and I’m passionate about translating those insights into clear, relatable lessons that help students thrive.
Most importantly, I’m motivated by the difference tutoring can make. Whether it’s helping a student move from uncertainty to clarity, improving grades, preparing for exams, or simply building long-term understanding, I find real fulfilment in supporting their progress. Teaching gives me the chance to positively impact others, and that’s why I’m committed to it.

With an MBA and more than two decades of experience in the financial industry, I bring a practical, real-world perspective to Economics that goes far beyond textbooks. My professional background has given me deep insight into how economic principles actually play out in markets, organisations, and decision-making — something students consistently find valuable in strengthening their understanding.
Alongside my career, I’ve spent over 10 years tutoring Economics, helping students not only master the theory but also truly understand how to apply it. My approach is clear, structured, and tailored to each learner’s strengths, ensuring concepts become intuitive rather than overwhelming. Many of my students see significant improvements in confidence, exam performance, and long-term comprehension.
I’m passionate about simplifying complex ideas, breaking them down into relatable examples, and showing students how Economics connects to the real world.
