I'm an experienced tutor and have helped many of my peers throughout my time in middle school and high school. I've taken the hardest courses in high school, and have excelled in them. As a tutor, my primary goal is to create a learning environment that is supportive, engaging, and tailored to the individual needs of each student. I believe that learning should be both effective and enjoyable, and I strive to help students develop not just academic skills, but confidence and curiosity as well. Teaching Method and Techniques I use a student-centered teaching approach that focuses on: -I encourage students to think critically, ask questions, and solve problems on their own with guided support. -I break complex concepts into manageable steps and gradually increase difficulty as understanding improves. A Typical Lesson Plan: Each session is structured for clarity and results: Warm-Up / Quick Review (5–10 min) Review key concepts from the previous session or quiz prior homework. Main Lesson (30–40 min) Introduce and explain new material using examples and visual aids. Apply the concept through guided practice problems or discussion. Active Practice (15–20 min) Student works on problems independently with support as needed. I assess understanding and provide correction or clarification.
