About Comfort
I have a genuine passion of teaching, I’ve been doing it since I was 14. I find I’m very good at empathising with students and using my age to be more relatable to them. I love breaking things down and seeing the journey as they gain confidence. I think of tutoring as more holistic, involving mentoring, teaching and instilling confidence.

My approach is really a blend of methods depending on what works for the student. I find past papers and traditional teaching methods don’t work well for younger students so I try other techniques such as the student teaching me, different styles of worksheets, worked examples etc. With this I’ve seen students move up to 5 grades within the space of a year. It really does work
