About Fahim

Hey there, I'm Fahim, a first-year medical student. I'm passionate about helping students thrive in their academic pursuits. Having been through the grind of exams myself, I understand the challenges firsthand. That's why I'm here to offer my support and expertise, especially to those gearing up for their GCSE exams. Over the years, I've dedicated my time to peer mentoring and tutoring in subjects like Maths, Biology, and Chemistry. Witnessing the remarkable improvements in my students' results has been incredibly rewarding. My approach revolves around the belief in 'little but often'—small steps leading to big achievements. Let's navigate this academic journey together, making learning not just effective, but enjoyable too.

About the lesson

I'm passionate about making learning simple and enjoyable. Each session with me lasts an hour, packed with personalised attention and effective teaching methods. As a first-year medical student with 3 As in Maths, Chemistry, and Biology. I'm equipped to guide GCSE/KS3 students through their science and maths journey. We'll start with a thorough assessment to map out your strengths and areas for growth. Then, we'll dive into the lesson, ensuring every concept is crystal clear. I'll provide handpicked resources, including past paper questions, to reinforce your understanding. Together, we'll review your work, tackling any mistakes head-on and paving the way for future success. Let's embark on this learning journey together!

Fahim was referred to me by my friend to tutor me for GCSE maths, and I wouldn’t have performed this well in my GCSE’s without him. He is great at explaining complicated topics and breaking it down. He is very patient and goes out of his way to help me. His teaching style is very enjoyable and he made sure I understood the content every step of the way. We worked on my weaknesses, and I went from almost failing to getting a 9 in maths and 2 8s in science!
