My teaching method is based in personal practice. I am a strong believer that people have to try things many times to learn, and that failure is the way we progress.
A typical lesson of mine would look like a block of time dedicated to learning different methods of mindfulness and another dedicated to discussing how these practices can be enacted in everyday life.
I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to develop responses to triggers, so I am open to any kind of student, as long as they want to learn.
