About Mairi
I am a graduate in Modern Languages (French and Spanish) based in Glasgow and have had experience assisting language classes in both secondary and primary schools. I also have experience in one on one Spanish conversation classes. Given my university degree, I have a strong understanding of what is expected in primary and higher education in terms of language acquisition.
I am half Mexican and so I speak Latin American Spanish but have a solid understanding of Castilian Spanish from high school and university.

I like to incorporate some cultural knowledge and background to my teaching. I am fully aware that each pupil is different and so am flexible in my teaching methods. I don't want to lecture you, but rather help you to develop your confidence and fluency in the language.
