About Divyanshi
I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Mindfulness Meditation. The sessions will be taken online and on individual (one-on-one) basis.

I am a certified Mindfulness Meditation Coach. I have a background in Counselling and am a teacher, researcher and mental health professional.
A customised session will be planned for you to target the issues you are facing. It can range from anxiety, emotional issues, self-love, weight loss, or basically any difficulty in life you might be facing, or you are simply looking for relaxation.
The techniques used in the session are all evidence based interventions.
