About Marina

Mindfulness is a lifestyle for me. I first realized myself as not my thoughts at age 24. I've enjoyed regular meditative practices since then and when I was 33 I received certification as a mindfulness meditation teacher. The work means everything to me and I'm happy to share.

About the lesson

I engage students in powerful discussions regarding mindfulness, provide personalized guided meditations and recommend simple daily practices for them that help them significantly reduce stress, gain awareness and live happier life. In my class students can just exhale and enjoy their being.
