About Stearne
I’m Stearne, I'm a Certified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner with over 20 years of corporate experience, including working at senior international leadership level.
But my approach to coaching isn't built on qualifications alone. It's also shaped by real life - navigating change, relationships, career pressures, difficult decisions and those periods when the direction that once felt clear suddenly doesn't anymore.
I became a coach because I've always been fascinated by what helps people move forward. Often, we already have far more insight and capability than we give ourselves credit for; what we sometimes lack is the space, perspective and right questions to access it.
That's what I aim to provide.
My role isn't to tell you how to live your life or pretend to have all the answers. It's to listen without judgement, ask questions that make you think differently, help you recognise what's getting in your way, and support you in turning greater self-awareness into meaningful action.
I bring professionalism, warmth, honesty and genuine curiosity to every coaching relationship. Whether you're navigating a transition, rebuilding confidence, questioning your direction or simply know you're ready for something to change, you'll have a confidential and supportive space in which to explore what comes next.

My approach to mindset coaching is personal, practical and focused on helping you understand what may be keeping you stuck, and, importantly, how to move forward.
I work with adults and professionals who may be experiencing self-doubt, overthinking, a loss of confidence or direction, or simply feel that something in their life needs to change but aren't quite sure where to begin.
Rather than telling you what to do, I use thoughtful questioning, NLP techniques and structured coaching to help you recognise patterns, challenge limiting beliefs and reconnect with your own judgement. Together, we turn those insights into practical steps that create meaningful progress between sessions.
I'm a Certified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner with over 20 years of corporate experience, including senior international leadership. This means I understand both the personal and professional pressures that can leave even highly capable people questioning themselves or feeling stuck.
My coaching is delivered online in a structured six-session programme, allowing us the time to go beyond surface-level challenges and work towards lasting change.
You don't need to have worked with a coach before. You simply need to be open to honest reflection, new perspectives and taking action towards the change you want to create.
Typical coaching sessions are conducted remotely via video call and last 60 minutes.
️PLEASE NOTE: To ensure we are a perfect fit, I offer a complimentary 20-to-30 minute "Chemistry Call & Goal Discovery Session" as your first meeting. This is a consultation to map out your goals and discuss how we will work together.
