Toby is super helpful and always there when you need a hand with 3D stuff. When I first started using Grasshopper at uni, he took time out from his own work to teach me. He didn’t just explain things—he walked me through every single step, making sure I understood the software really well.

I’ve worked with and alongside Toby over the course of his undergraduate and can speak highly of his skills. I know Toby to be passionate and excited about improving his software knowledge, spending hours and hours of his personal time researching and developing his skills with diverse software. He’s been willing and able to share that with me and his classmates.

Toby is an absolute gem. We've been classmates for our whole Bachelor and all the times i have come to Toby for help with some way-too-complex and way-too-specific Rhino Grasshopper modelling idea, he has always been happy to lend a hand, and never condescending, all while taking time out of his day at a moments notice to help me out. Often after i've spent hours looking for a solution, he'd help me find it in 30 minutes. His expertise in modelling went beyond what our teachers expected of us.

He's friendly, and good for a chat. Its a good quality that your teacher not only has passion for the subject but even for the subject's very tools as well. And Toby has that passion.

Toby is a fantastic teacher. He puts in a lot of effort to understand what I was looking to learn, and designs lesson plans to support me. He has a comprehensive understanding of the subjects he teaches, and instructs in a way which makes unfamiliar topics understandable and easy to learn.
