About Alana
My name is Alana and I am a certified integrative wellbeing coach and group fitness instructor based in London.
My health coaching journey began in Dubai, UAE where I was working as a flight attendant. I had always had a huge passion for fitness and nutrition, the feeling that fitness gives me is electric and the benefit of eating well is amazing.
However, when I became a flight attendant I saw and felt the struggle of maintaining not only a healthy body but a healthy mind whilst working in such an exhausting role. This is what sparked my passion to become a health coach and share my love for health and wellbeing with my fellow colleagues.
I am now based back in my hometown of London and I am ready to be a support system for those who want to make lifestyle changes to increase their overall happiness, thrive and feel their best.

As an integrative wellbeing coach, I aim to facilitate healthy and sustainable behaviour change in order for you to reach your wellbeing goals. I not only focus on the importance of the food that we eat and the movement that we make in maintaining wellbeing, but I also look at all the other aspects that can contribute to a healthy and happy life, such as mindfulness, relationships and more. I use this integrated approach to guide, support and to keep you accountable for what you aim to achieve. As a certified Les Mills Body Combat coach, I can also work with you to punch and kick your way to fitness. Release stress, burn calories and leave each session feeling like a champion. Together we will reach goals, thrive and feel alive!
Available for in person sessions in London or online worldwide.
