About Adam
I am a Chemistry tutor with over four years of teaching experience and a BA in Chemistry. I enjoy working with students who are curious about polymer chemistry and materials synthesis. My lessons focus on understanding polymerization mechanisms, from step-growth to chain-growth processes. I explain how molecular structure controls material properties in a clear and simple way. I teach the chemistry behind plastics, rubbers, and composite materials with real examples. Students learn how bonding, cross-linking, and molecular weight affect strength, flexibility, and durability. I connect microscopic chemical interactions to macroscopic material behavior they can see and test. This helps concepts stay meaningful and practical. My approach is patient, supportive, and concept-focused. I guide students through assignments, exams, and project work with confidence. Complex ideas become easier when taught step by step. Together, we explore chemistry while building the skills needed to design the materials of tomorrow.

My teaching approach in Chemistry is calm, thoughtful, and deeply concept driven. I focus on helping students understand the *why* behind formulas, not just the steps. Strong mathematical foundations are central to my classes, especially for physical chemistry topics. I teach chemical thermodynamics, quantum mechanics in chemistry, and statistical mechanics in a clear and gradual way. Complex equations become meaningful when linked to real chemical behavior.
I encourage reflective learning and give students time to think, question, and connect ideas. For learners who enjoy building, exploring, and experimenting, I support creative, hands-on thinking. I also guide curious minds who enjoy imagining science beyond textbooks and theories. My goal is to help each student find confidence, clarity, and balance while learning challenging topics.
I adapt my methods to each learner’s pace and learning style. Exams and assignments are handled with strategy and understanding, not pressure. Students grow not only in marks, but also in insight and self-belief. This approach helps them explore chemistry at its core and excel with purpose.
